VII. Content of Campaigns:

(1) When you send email or text marketing, it bounces around from server to server as it crosses the Internet. Along the way, server administrators can read what you send. Email and text were never built for confidential information. Never send anything in an email or text that you wouldn’t put on a postcard. If you have something confidential to send, do not use Digital Home Info.
(2) We sometimes review the content of the Campaigns of our Members to verify compliance with our Terms of Use. In this regard, we have software with algorithms to help us find campaigns that may be in violation of our Terms of Use. We then have employees or independent contractors review those particular Campaigns. This practice benefits all Members who are in compliance with our Terms of Use because, among other things, it reduces SPAM being sent through our servers which helps to ensure high deliverability.

There are purposes, other than marketing, for which we are not willing or able to treat information of any open account differently from that of any other open account. Therefore, if you object to changes in our Privacy Policy which relate to those purposes,we will have to terminate your account. In contrast, in the event we ever changed our Privacy Policy to allow us to have an expanded right to use or disclose Personal Information for marketing purposes, you would be able to opt out without any such termination.
